The
Focus Scriptures of TEAM SWAP are Romans 7:4-6, and 2 Corinthains
5:17-21. The NASB translation of them follow:
__________________________________________
Romans
7: 4 Therefore, my brethren, you also were made to die to the
Law through the body of Christ, that you might be joined to another,
to Him who was raised from the dead, that we might bear fruit for God.
5 For while we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were aroused
by the Law, were at work in the members of our body to bear fruit for
death. 6 But now we have been released from the Law, having died to that
by which we were bound, so that we serve in newness of the Spirit and
not in oldness of the letter.

2 Corinthians
5:17 Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the
old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18 Now all
these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through
Christ, and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 namely,
that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting
their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word
of reconciliation.
2 Corinthains
5:20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were
entreating through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled
to God. 21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf,
that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Team-Swap.COM was
begun after much prayer as a ministry to allow Christians a place
on the
web to come and read or share encouraging stories, faith lessons, pearls
of wisdom, Bibical lessons, Godly wisdom and their experiances as
they follow
Christ. The vision was to have submissions from the traditional sources
(pastors/teachers/missionaries), as well as submissions from people
serving
in all other areas of Christian service. We all are part of one body
and a submission from a parent is just as encouraging as one from
a pastor.
The goal is to have submissions of various types - observations, experiances,
poems, study guides, life lessons, sermon outlines, study notes, etc
- from all areas of Christian service
in a variety of spiritual gifts areas.
Team-Swap.COM is
a site dedicated to sharing stories of faith, wisdom of God and the
hope of Jesus with the world via the internet and modern media means.
The ministry is run by volunteers and is not officially associated
with any denomination, specific church group or body of belivers. Team-Swap.COM
recieves no funding from any organizations, private foundations, government
organizations or educational bodies. It is simply a ministry of belivers
to the world. The expenses and tools of the ministries are covered
by donations by individuals.
Please send all submissions to the following: webmaster@team-swap.com See

Team Swap is now offering a free T-shirt in exchange for a note or post that is used on our main page. This does not include our blog (Swap Blog). These posts must be usable on the main www.team-swap.com page. The free t-shirt is much like the Model T Ford - you can have it in any size you like, as long as it is XL, and you can have any color you want, as long as it is black. - Pictures coming soon -
Posts must be between 1,100 to 2,250 words, and be about a spiritual matter. The main purpose of Team Swap’s is to give Christians a means of sharing their life with and in Christ with our visitors (both saved and seeker) via stories and lessons of encouragement, education, and edification. All submissions should accomplish these goals. We desire to give people without a traditional position (leading, teaching, preaching for example) a means of sharing, so a post from a parent is just as important as one from a pastor. Examples of normal posts would be - verse studies, topic studies, stories of faith, stories of encouragement, Godly wisdom / knowledge, teaching outlines, and spiritual observation, but any topic and any form is fine as long as it has a lesson about Christ, or the Christian lifestyle in it. The submission must be sent via email, and attachments are fine. A separate file or section of keywords is also appreciated. Please include all graphics that you would like in the post in the submitted email as well. We will credit the author by first name in the post and we will include links to the author’s email, website or blog if they would like. Please tell us in your email what you desire or prefer.
A valid email address must be used when submitting material. Any submissions from a email address that is found to be invalid will NOT be published. - NOTE - approximately 7 to 10 days before publication of the post a email will be sent to the submission email address to allow the author time to do any personal publicity they desire. If this email is returned as undeliverable then the submission will NOT be published. So, be sure to properly maintain any email accounts you use for site submission to avoid this problem, as the t-shirt will NOT be sent until the post is published..
Not every submitted post will be published, so please submit what you consider to be your best work. The submission must be proofread and ready for publication, as the TEAM-SWAP.COM site management team does not have the time to proofread and correct submissions. - NOTE - The TEAM-SWAP.COM site management team reserves the right to reject publication of any submission that has too many grammatical / spelling or contextual errors. The site management team also reserves the right to reject any submission that they deem as containing offensive and/or objectionable material. The site management team also reserves the right to reject a post for lacking spiritual content, or containing questionable theology . These decisions are at the sole discretion of the TEAM-SWAP.COM team. By submitting a post / note you acknowledge that you have read and understand the rules for receiving a T-shirt, and that you understand that not all submissions will be published. |
