Gay Marriage Legal

A California judge just overturned two state laws, saying that marriage should not be defined legally as between a man and a woman just because it is tradition. The law’s are still in effect for the next 60 days as the decision is automatically appealed. The case will next be heard on the 30th.

    think it is easy to overturned the state laws but people are trying.

  2. That is good to hear. Too many times now we see a judge overturn the will of the people. Eventually there is going to have to be some form of court / judge reform or some sort of legislative veto power over the judges. It is a long road though. Thanks for the great info though and keep us updated if you learn or know more.
