Working In Us - the conclusion
John T Brown from Scotwise has been posting a series on the power of God working in us (previous post about this series - here. Today John concludes his series with a post about how God is ALWAYS at work in His people. Full Post here
As John points out, the chosen will be used and blessed of God because He has a purpose and a reason for their life. The humanly weak become spiritually strong and powerful by trusting and following God in His way for them. The important thing to remember is God has a plan for you to serve where He has placed you - be it in a school, in a home, in a office, in nature, etc.
God IS working and moving your life, not because of you, what you do, or how you do it, but because He is invested completely in you. He did not desire to merely save you, but to make us CO-HEIRS to the throne of heaven. We are not merely here to get along, but here to impact and change the world because we are not working for our good, but for the good of Heaven, which again we are co-heirs too. Don’t we all work harder when we know that we are working for something that will benefit us in the future. Why not work at the things of God in the same fashion as we work at our career, our financial investments, etc.
Give John’s post (and complete series) a read and get connected to the power of God that is in your and working through you.

Amen. Being co-heirs with Christ is so profoundly awesome that it’s hard to keep in mind just how powerful those blessings are.
