Election Time - 2X
1) For you 99.8% of Knoxville voters that did not vote early, the CITY COUNCIL ELECTION IS TOMMORROW - NOVEMBER 2nd - VOTE!!! These people will impact your taxes, your schools (via funding), your annexation, etc more then any other group. Let your voice be heard.
2) Looking to next year and the ‘06 races, John Norris Brown has a post about a recent Zogby poll regarding the TN race for both governor and senator. (full post here) Like John Norris I rarely trust a Zogby poll at face value, but it does show that Bredesen is not a lock, as many have said, and that even though Harold Ford Jr. is keeping it close he is fighting uphill to get into the Senate. Interesting stuff. These numbers WILL change and it will be a interesting time in Tennessee for the next year.
