Society separation
Ben over at Open Switch has a very interesting post that begins by looking at how small kids (both boys and girls) seem to divide along gender lines naturally, and then traces that to how nerds find nerds, metal heads find metal heads, etc and then looks into the nature v nurture discussion regarding our development as both people and as a society.
