Alaskan Marriage
Real Teen has a post over at Stop The ACLU today that discusses the recent decision by the Alaskan Supreme Court to extend legal protection equivalent to marriage to same sex couples, even though the residents of the state voted almost 2 to 1 to define marriage as between one man and one woman. The governor is considering a change to the state constitution to require the courts to follow the will of the people.
