The long term cost of repression
Sigmund, Carl and Alfred via comment, analysis, and liberal inclusion of quotes and links from a series of posts at Shrinkwrapped and a post from the Anchoress, has a very interesting post up on how Europe has suffered due to is repressed mind set. The argument being that Europe fears aggression so much due to it’s past that it has effectively chosen to not stand against evil since WWII. Interesting thought and idea. Worth a read, even if it is just to ponder the ideas expressed. SC & A post here
