Is it time for the 1st Amendment to go?

The post is meant to be a bit controversial, and I personally think it is meant in jest. Regardless of the purpose the content is strong and it is well written. Basically, regardless of your take on the issue and the stories that the Commissar references, it is a thought provoking post.
