Voting to Win
Danny Carlton, from JackLewis.net, has a very interesting post up about a move in Arizona by some to have a random ballot drawn from election ballots and that voter win $1 million dollars. It is being pitched as a attempt to get more involved. Based on poll numbers it would not be a success. Danny / Jack’s full post here
