David Bogner of Treppenwitz has a excellent post, based on a bar fight that he saw while in the Navy, about why the world has to let Israel and Hezzbullah / Hamas fight it out and not step in and try to mediate a peace. Bottomline someone has to admit they were wrong, and be utterly defeated, for this thing to be over and it benefits no one if other parties step in and stop it. Very interesting read.
