New Carbon Leaf

Carbon Leaf’s newest CD - Love, Loss, Hope, Repeat - came out yesterday. Due to our self imposed blog break as a tribute to Paul Talty we are not posting about it until today.
I have not heard the entire CD yet, but the tracks I have heard off their site sound like the same great stuff as their previous work. If you are looking for some folk rock / college music with some well written lyrics and well played instruments check Carbon Leaf out. I plan to buy the CD this weekend. Once I have it in hand I will try to put up a longer review.

Love them! I am 59 and feel suddenly excited about a new band that has some roots in Rock! Lyric driven songs are good and a few are great!
Not since Crash Test Dummies have I enjoyed a band that should simply get better and better. I have introduced many to the newest album and going backwards is a thrill too.
