Communist Wal Mart?

Wal Mart is allowing at CPC (Communist Party China) office to be set up in the Chinese Headquarters. This move is being applauded by some (here) - NOTE - the previous link is to the online English version of THE PEOPLE’S DAILY NEWS (China’s official party paper). This move of a party office into foreign business offices is just the latest move by the Chinese government to have more control of foreign enterprises in mainland China.
