A Big Joke of a Court Hearing

Have you watched any of the Anna Nichole Smith trail over where the body will be buried. It is the biggest joke that I have ever witnessed. Rules and order are non-existing. Here are a couple of reasons why I say this…
1. The judge did not allow cross examination from Texas on Howard K. Stern

2. The judge is taking the questioning out of the attorney’s hands at random and often. Stopping so questions can be asked from other people in the court room. His reason for it was “To give a break.” He allowed another person to start questioning Stern. To give a attorney’s a break.

3. The judge stated that the father of the child would have a say in the burial site of Smith. Yet is not making Stern take the DNA test. So who the father is is unknown.

4. The corner had to call the judge to make him aware that the body was decomposing in hopes that he would speed up the hearing.

5. Lawyers are stopped in questioning to tell personal tales from the judges own life.

6. The judge told attorneys that they were not allowed to object to questioning form other attorneys.

7. Howard Stern is allowed to leave the country with the judge knowing and saying that he might not see Stern again.

8. Stern does not have to answer any questions he doesn’t want to.

These are just a few things that make this trail a joke. It is a joke anyway. Stern claims that he is the father of the baby under the law of the Bahamma’s. Problem is that he is not. To even be a citizen of there you have to own land. Smith never paid for her house. Stern has no proof that he a citizen. The child is not allowed to be claimed as a citizen of child of Stern’s under the law because he has no citizenship. That law does not apply to visitors of the islands. The child nor the mother are citizen’s there and therefor their citizenship goes to her native country. Stern should not be allowed to use the excuses he is using to hold on the child and not submitt any DNA.
