HMTKSTeve from Untwistedvortex.com claims to have checked out the case law and the laws on the books and has not found anything in them that says that downloading pirated ANYTHING is illegal! That is a bold statement. One that is very interesting in this time of RIAA and Viacom suing Goggle. Give the one a read and see what you think.
