John Hagee…on track for the Lord or off his spiritual rocker?
Independent Conservative thinks the second. Based on what IC sees of Hagee on air, and his twisting of the parable of the sower, IC is convinced that John Hagee is more committed to the prosperity gospel, personal / ministry success, and politics / political relationships then to preaching the true gospel of the Bible. Read IC’s post and see if you agree, if you disagree, or if you are unsure of both. IC’s full post here

I have never agreed with any preachers teachings 100% of the time. Not in books, on TV, in movies, conversating, our while preaching. Hagee ( who I enjoy to watch from time to time) doesnt focus on the prosperity gospel.
I see him focus alot on prophecy and current events playing together. Now do I think he took this out of context. Yes I do. The man does a teaching giving back to God and is roasted for it. What he said was the truth. Just not in the right scripture context.
I have heard John explain who Jesus is and how to accept him. A true prosperity gospel is about love, peace, and material enriched lives through following God. The most famous prosperity teacher does not tell one thing about Jesus for 30 to 60 minutes and then offers a prayer. What are you suppost to believe in? You have to know something to really believe in it.
I disagree strongly with IC. A lesson on giving back what God gives you is not prosperity. It is Bible teaching. O.T. and N.T. command us to do so.
