Office Suite Competition
On the heels of Google rolling out a Power Point type program - Google Docs (which is currently in beta and available at Google), IBM rolled out Lotus Symphony and Yahoo bought Zimbra. Lotus Symphony is based on the open source office suite Open Office and includes a word processor, a spreadsheet and a presentation type program. Zimbra is a open source email server and client system - i.e. Outlook competitor. CNet has a nice article on it all.
