Inefficient breeds efficiency?
Cranky over at Six Meat Buffet has a interesting post up where he discusses how effective gridlock can be when government is attempting to move against things that you (or I or Cranky) may not want to the government involved in. Whether these causes are things you care about or not it not really the point. Sometimes inefficiency in government can make it mighty efficient at not interfering with things.
