State jobs for the state educated only
John from Stop the ACLU has a very interesting post up about how my fair state (the Grand State of Tennessee) is no longer allowing home schooled or graduates from non government certified schools jobs with the state (including police and fire) or to hold jobs controlled by the state (i.e. day care workers) due to the inability to guarantee a specific standard of education.
