Knology’s Arbitration Clause

Ted Frank writing at Overlawyered has a interesting post that discusses the cost of binding arbitrator clauses vs court fees and how Knology (who happens to be my personal ISP) has a nasty little addition to their contract that requires all to visit Atlanta (i.e. Fulton County) if they owe Knology money and want to not use arbitration. Good to know and even more reason for me to continue paying my Knology bill on time. Post Here
