On the heels of the news that Bill Gates is once again the wealthiest man in the US, there is news out that Mr. Gates venture capital firm, a long with the Rockfeller families venture capital group and several other venture groups, has invested in a San Diego Sapphire Energy who is working on a means of producing oil via algae.
