Bike To Work Pants
I am usually not one to pimp a product, especially one that I do not personally own or use, but these really seem to be a great idea. They are Bike to Work Pants made by Cordarounds.com, and they are exactly what they claim to be - pants to bike to work in. They look like normal khaki’s but they turn up to reveal reflective strips and to keep the legs out of the chainrings. Very cool. If I could just get a job that was a safely bike able distance I might consider buying a pair.

I love the “bike to work pants”. I guy we are currently working with in New Zealand currently bikes to work, but he wears shorts.
Right, so have I got a great pants story for you. My husband and I are currently backpacking around the world for the next year or two. We had been backpacking with 1 pair of pants a piece (but recently bought a second pair because we are working for a while as we live in New Zealand). Right, so the lodge Justin (my husband) is bar tending at gave him some pants. While he was working the other night, his pants completely split. Feel free to read his story on our travel blog http://www.nomadbackpackers.com
Anyway, thanks for sharing of your “bike to work pants”, it made me smile. Keep the fun stories coming. I need other people’s blogs to read as we travel or I will feel so out of touch with culture that’s familiar to me.
