Tour Of Georgia 2009 - cancelled
Though I am a bit late to blog about it, I am still dispointed about the Nov 14 press release from the Tour of Georgia management team that said the 2009 TOG is cancelled. Release here. They hope to get new funding and have a stronger TOG in 2010, but as a potential race that a returning Lance Armstrong would have been in I was personally looking forward to spending at least 2 days in the Peach state and seeing some great cycling.
Well at least the Tour of California is still on.
